• Created a dashboard to enhance financial project administration for over 1,000 projects annually, increasing timely external payments from 10% to 50%. Used daily/weekly by over 100 users.
• Developed a pioneering forecasting tool integrating data from Salesforce, SAP, and SharePoint to predict future project workload. Showcased to the entire Heat NL organization at the invitation of the CEO.
• Led the team as interim Product Owner, gathering business requirements, managing stakeholders and the product backlog to deliver maximum value.
